Fruity

If I'm eating alone in the morning, I usually do cereal.

I use fresh berries if they are available and frozen ones if they are not. The secret is to put the berries in first, just enough to cover the bottom of the bowl.

I zap the frozen ones in the microwave for about a minute.

Then put in the cereal.

Neti pot cleaning

I don't really like the idea of putting soap or bleach in my sinuses, no matter how diluted.

I use 1 part vinegar to 1 part water in a large Pyrex measuring cup. I boil the mixture in the microwave. I fill the neti pot to overflowing and let stand for a half hour.

Then I rinse it really well and stick it back in the bathroom.

I try for once a week, but sometimes I forget.
